Crystal Reports How — How To Suppress Page Header When Report Footer is Displayed

  1. In the Page Header | Right-click Section Header.
  2. Click on ‘Suppress’ button.
  3. Type ‘OnLastRecord’

In Section Expert for the page header in the Suppress X-1 button try: OnLastRecord if the report is pointing to the last record in the data, it should suppress the page header and then the subreport can run and format as expected.
